All Johnny H social activities, day trips and short trips are booking through our website,

If you already have an account set up, simply go to and log into your account — you can then follow this process from there.

If you don’t have an account set up, no worries, just follow the process below for now.

Before we start…

If you’re booking an activity for the first time, it’s helpful to have some information ready to go.

As we move into the booking process, you will need:

~ Your address, phone number and email address as the person making the booking – in some cases you may the participant, in other cases you will be a parent or carer making a booking on behalf of the participant.

~ You will also need the NDIS number for the participant if they are on a Plan.

~ Finally, if the participant is on the NDIS and is Plan Managed, you will need the details of the person who manages their plan – including their name, phone number and email address.

Right, let’s book a ticket!

Step 1

In your internet browser, go to this page:

In the top navigation menu, select Bookings and under that menu select Nepean & Blue Mountains.

Step 2

You will see a list of all of our upcoming activities.

Scroll down the page to find the one you would like to book and click on it.

Step 3

You will see all of the details for your chosen activity.

When you’re ready to book, scroll down below the photo to TICKETS.

Click on ORDER NOW.

Choose your Ticket Type:

– If your NDIS plan is Self Managed, choose that. 

– If your NDIS plan is Plan Managed, chose that. 

Some events will also offer the option of transport. Choose that option if you require transport. 

Click on Book My Ticket.

Step 4

Now it’s time to use the information you got ready at the start.

As the person making the booking, complete your name, address, phone number and email address (this information is important as we may need to contact you for further information to process the booking).

Booking Person’s Name’ is the participant and their NDIS number below that.

Select how their NDIS funding is managed and complete any details requested.


* If your request does not go through and you find yourself on the same page, scroll to the top where the cause for the error will be listed. Complete any missing information and click on REQUEST TICKET again.

* Your ticket is still a REQUEST at this stage because there are a few things that need to happen at our end before your booking can be confirmed.

Step 5

You will now see a Thank You page with a summary of your booking.

An email will also have been sent to the address that you provided so you can see your booking details again at any time.

The Johnny H team will process your booking by:

~ Sending an invoice to you for the participant contribution cost.

~ Sending a Service Agreement for the NDIS hours, to be signed and return to Johnny H.

Once your payment and Service Agreement have been received, your booking will be marked as Complete at our end.

You will then receive an email letting you know that your Booking is confirmed.
